Temperature controller is the core equipment of reflow solderingsystem, which plays an important role in soldering production's quality.The controller works in a quite bad and complex electromagneticenvironment, whose electromagnetic compatibility question is extremelyprominent.It is far insufficient that the controller just has needful functions.Besides that, it must satisfy the production's requests that the controller isable to work with stable, reliable and effective status in a terribleenvironment. So it is necessary to investigate electromagneticcompatibility before designing production. Electromagnetic compatibilityanalysis can solve electromagnetic compatibility question beforeproduction is finalized. Not only it could save massive time and cost, butalso it could guarantee that the temperature controller has perfectfunctions and excellent electromagnetic compatibility performance.The paper analyzes electromagnetic compatibility question based onan immature reflow soldering control system, the primary work includesthe following aspects. Firstly, the reason that the interference is producedby three typical interference resources is analyzed. Secondly, theanti-interference design for main circuit modules is carried on to obtainbetter electromagnetic compatibility performance. In view of differentinterference resources, different anti-interference measures are adopted tosuppress or to reduce the disturbance's infuence. Through buildingelectric circuit and MATLAB simulation, it testifies the validity ofanti-interference measures. Thirdly, electricity fast transient test isexecuted on the improved controller. The results of test show that thecontroller has a good anti-interference performance in requiredexperimental condition. The whole system can work stably and reliably.
