The mixed wastewater containing starch and vitanminB12 was chosen as study object,For the large amount of H2S and CO2, the absorption solution contains sodium carbonateand "888" catalyst. Based on the improvement of the absorption solution, it is realized H2Swas absorbed selectively, and the CO2 influencing desulfurizing rate is alleviated; Duringthe process, Sulfur was recovered and the absorption solution was reused.Adopting two-stage series the liquid phase catalytic oxidation desulfurization processto purify H2S, the optimum operating parameters of the purifying system was studied, theresults indicate: in the first-degree and secondary-degree of the absorbing tower, theoptimal biogas retention time were 50s and 20s respectively, the corresponding absorptionsolution were 65L/m3 and 30L/m3 respectively, the optimal air quantity consumed in theregeneration tank was 8m3/m3.After 2 periods operation with the set parameters, theaverage result indicates that, when the incoming concentration of H2S was 47.05g/m3, Theoutlet concentration of H2S from first-degree of the absorbing tower was 1.25g/m3, theefficiency of desulfurization could be up to 97.3%, The outlet concentration of H2S fromsecondary-degree of the absorbing tower was 0.41g/m3. The total removal rate of the wholesuper purifying system could reach 99.1%. The concentration of H2S after cleaning wasless than 1g/m3, which satisfied the boiler's gas-fired limit.Adopting two-stage series the liquid phase catalytic oxidation desulfurization processcan purify biogas 1.24×106m3/a, the purification cost for biogas is 0.21 yuan/m3. Using thepurified gas as fuel, coal conservation reached 1.055×103t/a, the quantity of recovery ofsulfur from sulfur residues was 58t/a, whereby, the quantity of SO2 was reduced to 116t/a.
