Along with many domestic oil fields enters the middle or final exploitation phase early or late, the water cut of oil layer increases, the level contradictory pricks up, the differential pressure between water shut-off level and extraction becomes more and more big, the development depth of oil well is getting deeper, also the geological environment becomes more and more bad. Facing the complicated operating condition and the bad natural environment, requires the packer to have more reliable sealing property, the ability to resistant high temperature and high pressure, to be more convenient to use, and to have longer service life. This article according to the breakdown fluid in the drilling tubing, the packer and the current regulator flowing, bases on the full analysis of flowing factor, rheological property, flowing rules, simulates the breakdown fluid in the bottom of the well flowing, provides the theory basis for the compression fracture design and the construction.This paper carries collection, and researches on the present status of hydraulic fracturing technological development, the packer origin and the domestic and foreign development .Emphasis has been put on the studying of CYY344 series of high pressure acidification compression fracture packer's basic use, the results, the principle of work and the question and the solution which exists in the work process.Conducts the research on the flowing rule and state of breakdown fluid in the packer and the current regulator, mainly includes the breakdown fluid type and performance requirement, the fundamental law (mass conservation, conservation of momentum, conservation of energy), the dynamic characteristic changing model of breakdown fluid, liquid-solid two phase current research, frictional resistance pressure calculation and so on. Studies the breakdown fluid rheological property, the calculation of pressure drop in the tubing, including the calsulation of pressure drop of Newton , non-Newton and liquid-solid two phase breakdown fluid in tubing, the pressure drop computation of breakdown fluid at spray nozzle in the tubing. Programs with C language, solves the mathematical model which establishes according to the pressure drop of in the non-Newton breakdown fluid at current regulator, gets the pressure drop of the non-Newton breakdown fluid flowing in the tubing.The article simulates the flowing situation of fluid near the current regulator by using Fluent software, rationally analyses the flow field distribution near flow nipple, and compares the value of simulation result and programming calculation result.
