| This paper aimed for confirming technics to separate rebellious plumbum & stibium & zinc mixed minerals. The samples used in this research were vein ore under self-igniting space in Tongkeng. Its character was changed a lot because of spontaneous combustion, the oxidation ratio of plumbum & zinc minerals is 61.95% and 23.74%, and chemical phase analysis indicated that the mineral composition of these samples was very complicated, so it brought many difficulties for mineral dressing.This research confirmed to deal with the mine based upon the principle of plumbum & zinc ordinal preferential flotation. Through adding sulfureted natrium into mill to vulcanize oxidized plumbum minerals, make it floated out with other sulfureted plumbum minerals in plumbum primary flotation, and add few sulfureted natrium and diethyldithiocarbamate to avoid the loss of plumbum in concentration process. The tailing after floating plumbum was activated, and then managed by utilizing zinc & sulfur bulk flotation.Plumbum circle used zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite instead of sodium cyanide to be depressant of marmatite, so the marmatite which had been depressed was easy to be activated by bluestone, and it would not bring environmental pollution and hidden trouble which usually result from sodium cyanide.The laboratory's closed-circuit experiment utilized"once roughing,twice cleaning and twice scavenging"in plumbum circle,"once roughing,once scavenging"in zinc & sulfur bulk flotation,and"once roughing,once cleaning and once scavenging"in zinc & sulfur separation, then got the experimental result as follows:the grade is 24.58% in plumbum concentrate and recovery rate is 52.99%;the zinc concentrate grade is 47.33% and recovery rate is 89.30%.This paper also discussed the mechanisms of plumbum & zinc minerals and collector: (1)the interaction between diethyl-dithiocarbamate and jamesonite got the jamesonite hydrophobi-c,and the hydrophobe on jamesonite surface is diethyldithiocar-bamatemetal ion compound;(2)the interaction between butylx-anthate and marmatite formed dixanthogen on marmatite surfa-ce. |
