The preparating method of medium-low temperature hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive for sanitary product by styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer (SIS) as base-material was reported. Several kinds of raw materials, which were used to prepare medium-low temperature hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive were optimized. Effect of other raw materials, for example, tackif ier resin, softening agent and antioxidants, and reaction temperature, reaction time, oxygen in reaction system on properties of medium-low temperature hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive were discussed. The primary materials and the best proportion of SIS-based HMPSA were found by studying different performance of peel strength and initial strength. The influence of the amount of naphthenic oil on the characterization of HMPSA was discussed.
