The condensate gas reservoir in carbonate rocks is an important area where Tarim oil has rich condensate gas reserve in. It has such characteristics that reserve scale is big, produces much, buried deeply and non-isotropic strongly. The mainly reserve space of mid-Tarim I area are fractures and caves, and the mainly fluid of it is condensate gas. So it is very important that grasping the distribution of oil reservoirs, the transfusion characteristic and produce condition for the exploitation of Tarim oil field.In view of the characteristic of the condensate reservoirs in carbonate rocks of Tarim I areas, conbined the materials get from logging and PVT experiments , and the analysis experience of mid-Tarim well test before, on the base of formers, this paper established new well test model for description of reservoirs of mid-Tarim. Also this paper analysised the well-test materials of the recent years in use of EPS software and the well test software established on new model, obtained the good application effect.This paper divides into six parts. The first part made an introduce briefly in the current situation and the purpose of research of the mid-Tarim I area well test. The second part made an introduce in the mainly geologic characteristics of the mid-Tarim I area. The third part made a research of the well test design of the mid-Tarim I area, then put it in analysis and in use. The forth part established several new well-test models that can be applied to condensate gas reservoir in carbonate rocks. Combined with border conditions and beginning conditions, the dimensionless pseudo-pressure in Laplace space can be achieved. Then the modern well test analysis can be plotted. Also we analysis and discussed many parameters which influence the special curves of the condensate gas reservoir in carbonate rocks and the changing of pressure in well bottom. The fifth part analysed many typical well test materials of condensate gas reservoir in carbonate rocks in using of EPS software and the new well test software established on new model, obtained good application. The last part summarized the reservoir conditions and well test analysis conditions in mid-Tarim I area, and advanced some difficulty that need resolve and direction of well test.Through the present paper research, the traditional well test material analysis method has made the improvement in mid-Tarim I area, caused the well test design and the material analysis to be developed, caused the reservoir situation and the well test application had a more systematic understanding and enhancement, and the more better theoretic base and application method for realized application in mid-Tarim I area reservoir can be achieved.
