After more than 40 years exploration and development in Shengli Oil field, increasing oil production is becoming more difficult. We must continue to study new technologies keeping stable development momentum, to provide technical support for the exploration and development of the reserve. Development of the modern drilling technology, which relies heavily on the research and development of new treatment agent and relevance theory. Common water-based drilling fluid, more friction, can not meet the special needs of the construction of wells. adding lubricants into water-based drilling fluid, lubricating performance will be significantly improved. Therefore, the use of drilling lubricant is the main way to improve drilling lubricity and reduce friction. The commonly used lubricants of drilling is due to the constraints of particle size, hazards the health of constructors, the impact of oil and gas identify conditions , and many other constraints in the use , and these liquid lubricant properties is single, only the role of lubrication, so the lubricant which can significantly improve the drilling fluid loss is still rare. It is therefore urgent to find solid lubricant to alleviate these contradictions.The new solid lubrication filtration reducing agent on this study adopted strong adsorption of the natural biodegradable polymer material as carrier with a good lubrication properties of liquid materials for liquid lubricant, while introduction of surfactant, osmotica, freezing improvement, through orthogonal Optimization of a suitable material ratio, then by the physical and chemical processing from fine.The lubricant activities have a strong adsorption capacity, which can rapid formed the solid adsorption film on the surface of metal and solid particles in the drilling fluid, that has a high drilling fluid lubrication and reduce hoist resistance and rotation resistance of solid particles in drilling and drilling tool, lower coefficient of friction and torque, extend drilling tool life and reduce adhesion Sticking accidents. basicing on the laboratory study, Solid lubricant fluid loss agent has been application in the Shengli Oilfield extended reach well Zhuangxie 161, Zhuangxie 162 Zhuangxie 149 and made for a successful. The drilling fluid system applied in Zhuangxie 161 has strong inhibition ability, good effective to lubrication and prevent collapse, reasonable theological parameters control, logging operating and casing running were smooth with down hole safety. Zhuangxie 162 wells wear been added lubricating fluid loss agent in about 1400m depth, to control drilling fluid loss, and promptly added lubricating fluid loss agent, increase the drilling fluid lubrication in accordance with down hole when drilling, ensures the success of drilling engineering. Zhuangxie 149 well that use lubricating fluid loss agent in the construction overcome the difficulty that kickoff point has high friction resistance and large torque in the soft strata e great, and successful completion the construction of this well.It can be seen from laboratory study and field practice that the lubrication reducing agent not only can provide better lubrication effect than oil-based lubricant, but also can achieve the fluid loss effect of common reducing agent, even better in some other ways. This products have good compatibility with common treatment agent of drilling fluid, strong shale inhibition, easy to use, simple maintenance and treatment, non-toxic, non-fluorescence, which can be widely used in the drilling construction of extent reach direction wells, horizontal wells, multilateral wells and exploration well. It has important significance to the progress and success rate for improving exploration and development, the down hole safety of oil and gas wells engineering, wellbore stability, reservoir protection and environmental protection, thereby creating an enormous economic and social benefits.
