All of copper and zincs are main original material metalses in the national economy,is an key development of nonferrous metals product in China.Most of copper ore are not single metal,copper sulfide ore often contains sphalerite and other sulfide minerals,is named sulphide Cu-Zn ore.Our country has abundant Cu-Zn ore resources,because of constraint on beneficiation technology,only a part of ore is separated and obtained copper concentrate and zinc concentrate;most of Cu-Zn ore are sold with copper concentrate,but also harmless impurity element content high,cause metallurgy process large investment and high energy dissipation.Recently because of copper and zinc price in the international market surging record high,prices of copper concentrate and zinc concentrate are sharp rise,the minerals by neglected because of economical and technical factors become very valuable wealth. Therefore,no matter according to concentrator in potentiality-tapping and efficiency increasing or comprehensive utilization of mineral resources,it is significant for the development of nonferrous industry to research separation in beneficiation of sulphide Cu-Zn ore.This paper gives a simple introduction of properties,ore genesis and of sulphide Cu-Zn ore,analyse and compared with the researches.A certain Simao's sulphide Cu-Zn ore is regarded as the research object in the paper. Study on technological mineralogy show that:copper minerals and zinc minerals in the ore is low-grade,thin inlaid particle-size,complicated symbiotic relation and high sulphur.The ore is a refractory sulphide Cu-Zn ore.Considering ore property and conditions of dressing plant,we do comparative tests of three flotation flowsheet schemes,that is selective flotation flowsheet,bulk flotation flowsheet and staged grinding bulk flotation flowsheet,among them mainly studies depressor of zinc mineral,high selective collector and flash selective flotation process.Beneficiation index in comparative tests are no significant difference,test choose selective flotation flowsheet:roughing is decreasing zinc and float copper,crude concentrate is been reagent removal and regrinding,second decreasing zinc,combine with tailings and collect zinc;pay attention to flash flotation and adding drugs sectionally on technology process and parameters,use combined reagent to inhibit zinc in early and collect zinc late on reagent system,can achieve aim to copper-zinc separation.Copper grade is 19.47%,zinc grade is 5.22%,copper recovery is 86.17%in copper concentrate;copper grade is 1.35%,zinc grade is 40.09%,zinc recovery is 76.35%in zinc concentrate in closed-circuit test.
