The nitrogen pollution of the water has caused tremendous harms on the human environment, it is the main reason for the eutrophication, has became the focus of people's attention. Using the actual contaminated river water for the study developed ceramic honeycomb carriers reactors which were used to bioremediation of polluted urban river water based on in-situ and ex-situ successfully. And on the basis the actual contaminated and low C/N ratio of river water, breaking the anammox limited technical bottleneck, and successfully starting the oxidation ditch biofilm reactor based on Anammox research and anti-Denitrification process of the river water. The main results of study are as following:(1)Biofilm reactor with ceramic honeycomb carriers were used to bioremediation of polluted urban river water based on in-situ and ex-situ. Effect of cycle times on ammonium nitrogen removal were investigated and bioremediation in-situ was better than ex-situ according to the experimental results, therefore, the optimal cycle time was confirmed based on the results. Ammonium nitrogen daily removal rate was 42%~53%,and it took three days to get 100% of removal rate. The COD, TN and TP in the river water removal rate were respectively 59.4%,48.2% and 31.5%, which meet standard of grade II.(2)Studying and assessing the new denitrification system and the study on the polluted water based on the phenomenon of the anammox and anti-Denitrification in the. During the three months, successfully starting the oxidation ditch bioreactor. In it's continous and stable operation with the hydraulic retetion time of 7.2 hours, ammonium nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and the total nitrogen removal can be achieved 40.82%, 100% and 41.08%. The volumes of the ammonium nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and the total nitrogen are 12.84g/(m3·d), 0.28g/(m3·d) and 16.1g/(m3·d).(3)Selecting the mixed sludge and biofilm-pui from the oxidatiom ditch biofilm reactor, taking the microbiology and molecular characrization study, namely PCR experiment. Preliminary identified the anammox activity microorganism Candidatus Desulforudis, its comparability is 95%, also nitrite microorganism Nitrosomonas eutropha, its comparability is 93%.
