Microwave technology has been extended to serve different areas in chemical research and practice,including organic synthesis and analytical chemistry.In this paper,we summarized the application of microwave technology in chemistry,we mainly studied the application of microwave technology in synthesis of pesticide intermediate and analysis of constituents of plants.1.2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)propanoic acid was successfully synthesized under microwave irradiation.The infection factors of microwave irradiation in this reaction were studied.When microwave irradiation power of 630W for 10 min with the molar ratio of the reactant was n(2-chlorppropionic)to(2,4-dichlorphenol)was 1:1,the yield of the 2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)-propanoic acid was 95.5%.The reaction ratio under microwave irradiation was faster than that under classical method. The structure of 2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)-propanoic acid was characterized by MS,IR.2.In this paper,we extracted volatile oil form loquat leaf.According to the experiment,the optimistic combination of extraction rate for microwave-assisted extraction(MAE)was:microwave power 462w, distillation time 90min,material to water ratio 5:2,the extraction rate reached 4.53%o.We also built up a method of headspace solid-phase microextraction(SPME)coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)to analyze the containing of volatile oil.3.We also extracted volatile oil form white color and red color Magnolia denudate Desr with the optimistic combination of extraction, and analyzed the containing of volatile oil with headspace SPME coupled with GC-MS.The results showed that the white color Magnolia denudate Desr oil was composed of 63 ingredients,the red color Magnolia denudate Desr oil was composed of 37 ingredients.4.The chemical constituents of fragrance released from fresh flowers of Wistaria Sinensis were investigated by means of headspace solid-phase microextraction(SPME)coupled with gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS).Linalool,2-nonanone,(E)-ocimene, 2-undecanone,furan,3-(4,8-dimethyl-3,7-nonadienyl)-,2-tridecanone, 4-acetonylcycloheptanone,α-pinene oxide,isoestragole andα-farnesene were the most abundant volatiles released from fresh flowers of Wistaria Sinensis and 47 volatile compounds were identified in this study. Variation of the main constituents in the volatile fragrance from fresh flowers of Wistaria Sinensis during different florescence were also studied.
