The paper gives a reference to meat a target of Enrich nitrosifying bacteria under SBR by controlling external conditions such as temperature,pFL DO,in-ported water HCO3-/NH4+-N. It will meat a effectiveness of 90% nitrite enriched by controlling temperature between 30 35℃,pH between 8.0 to 8.5, DO between 2.0mg/L to 2.5mg/L and HCO3-/NH4+-N in-ported water must be between 6.31—7.57.We also discuss an economical, practical and widespread method to immobilize micro-cell. Do parallel tests to determine the most adequate amount of carrier, the breed of addition agent and the amount of bacteria. The fixative is made of saturated phosphoric acid. Remain the carrier under 4℃lasting about 24 hours. Thus it has best mechanical strength and matters can easy to enter and come out. Air seasoning the carrier you will find it will enhances in mechanical strength and increases its using live on the base of remaining cells' reactivity.Otherwise, comparing the effectiveness of dealing with nitrite, we found that mixture mixed by immobilized pellets and activated sludge is better at treating ammonia nitrogen waste water, no matter in rate of ammonia nitrogen moving away or in cutting down reaction time.
