In this thesis, the thermodynamic properties of 105 binary liquid alloys have been predicted by the function ofαwhich is the transform of Gidds-Duhem equation. The average relative errors of the two components are 2.26%and 2.25%respectively.The infinite dilute activity coefficients of 24 binary liquid alloys which are lack of infinite dilute activity coefficients have been calculated. The thermodynamic consistency of experiment data has been evaluated too.The results show that the thermodynamic consistency of activity data of majority group liquid binary alloy systems is good, and the infinite dilution activity coefficients are also more accurate. However, some experimental data are not enough accurate extrapolation, and to be less effective due to less experimental data, the true situation of the function can not be reflected while it is applicated toα-function directly. In this paper,we fitted the experimental data and calculated theα-function of Gibbs-Duhem equation by scientific method and calculation software, and extrapolated the function images of liquid binary alloy systems for evaluating the relibility and thermodynamic consistency of experiment data. The average relative errors of the two components are 2.31%and 2.64% respectively. The results show that the activity of experimental data in agreement with the Gibbs-Duhem equation and the thermodynamic consistency of components are good. For reduce the experimental error to some extent, experimental data are fitted and it will increase the number of the experimental data at the same time.We summed up methods and laws of fitting experimental data by polynomial equation. On this basis, activities of 19 binary solid alloys are verified and the results show that the average relative errors of the two components are 2.35%and 2.62%,and activity coefficients of three infinite dilution systems are compensated too.The results show that thermodynamic consistencies of components activity of 19 binary solid alloy systems are good, while the infinitely dilute the value of the activity in literature have not yet been accuratly verified. Finally, the Gibbs-Duhem equation function method is applied to four binary melt oxides systems, which the average relative errors of components are 1.04%, 0.91%.The results show that the thermodynamic consistencies of activity data of the four systems are good. The infinite dilution activity coefficientes of the four systems are compensated. In short,theα-function method of Gibbs-Duhem equation can be used to verifying the thermodynamic consistency of binary alloy systems and binary melt oxides systems.Using theα-function method,we can accurately calculate the infinite dilution activity coefficients of components and evaluate thermodynamic consistencies of experimental data.
