Binnan oil field is a complex fault block, and a complex lithology and thin low permeable reservoir. The reason of the damage caused by the acidification and injection water is complex and the damage is very serious. The majority of injection wells can't finish the injection plan, so the oil production rate of Binnan oil field is very low for a long time.This paper analysis the properties of the reservoir rock of Bin649 and Bin644 block, analysis the effect of the primary acid fracturing plans, analysis the mechanism for low injection rate of these reservoirs, the true reasons for low injection rate of these two blocks has been got. By experiments of sensitivity of reservoir rock to various injecting fluids, and that of damage to permeability for injection produced water, the measures which badly damage reservoir is known and the corresponding measures to cope with have been made. Then an optimized prescription of acid fluid, acid fracturing process and requirements of operation fluid system have been proposed on the basis of experiments. This project is very important for improve the injection state of Binnan oil field.This project has been pot into use in Bin649 and Bin644 block, the results show that: This project is suitable for Binnan oilfield, and after acid fracturing the injection rate and production rate are improved greatly.
