The industrial cooling water circulation is put into a necessary request to saving water.The worst hazard of circulating cooling water system is from microbe.But sometimes,water-treatment bactericide brings toxicity,pungency and the low grade security problem because of its solubility. Therefore to water infusibility,the bactericide exploitation spreads out unceasingly.Organic macromolecule ammonium salt bactericide becomes the major topic of studying lately.Its sterilization base on using ammonium salt covalence combine with macromolecule into bactericide which having the germicidal function and applies to water treatment.In this study,we use sulfonic cation resin as the bactericide's originally,make it into Dylene sulfonic-acyl-chloroacfic cation resin.The macromolecule bactericide Strengthen the water infusibility being loaded with the polyethylene imine(PEI),then being alkyl-rization on Dylene sulfonic-acyl- chloroactic cation resin.Through sterilize testing,to the bacterium,fungus,alga all have fine sterilization effect.In bactericide thickness in 40 mg/mL,sterilize rate can reach 90% the above.Macromolecule ammonium salt type bactericide's merit is insolubility,low-contaminates,and circularly use.We have designed that the way making use of bactericide to fill up.Force to use streams through the bactericide.Test result is indicated that the bactericidal-columned bed is able to kill the E.coli,S aureus,Saccharomycete,A.niger.The destruction of life effect is fine.When stick time reaches 0.040h above,The sterilize rate is able to reach 90%above.And build a mathematic model:Sterilize rate = t/(0.00986×t+5.18339×10-5)Broadens the experiment scope,the bigger bactericidal-columniation bed's sterilize rate can reach 90%in The flux≤150 L/h time.can reach 100%'s in killing Chlorella sorokiniana.Removing the error that the equipment factor brings about,The Broaden experiment can use the formula: Sterilize rate=t/(0.00986×t+5.18339×10-5)Finally discussed main the effect factor of sterilize rate:the rate of adsorb,boundary effect, pressure-fall.
