The article adopt solution and melting polymer wetting anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template to prepare polymer nano-tubes and nano-wires,and successfully prepared the nano-tubes and nano-wires of poly(vinyl carbazole)(PVK);nylon 11(PA11); poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) and poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) (P(VDF-TrFE)),and the theory of wetting transition has been simply discussed.The fowling results have been gained by Scanning Electronic Microscope(SEM) and Transmission Electronic Microscope(TEM):Used PVK-trichloromethane solution wetting the AAO template,PVK nano-tubes can be prepared with 2.5 wt%and 3.5 wt%solution,the external diameter of which is about 200 nm,the wall thickness is 30 nm and 70 nm respectively;PVK nanowires can be prepared by the 5.0 wt%and 10.0 wt%PVK solutions,the diameter of which is about 200 nm.Used PVDF-N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) solution wetting the AAO template, PVDF nano-tubes can be prepared with 3.5 wt%and 5.0 wt%solution,the external diameter of which is about 200 nm;PVDF nano-wires can be prepared by the 7.5 wt% and 10.0 wt%PVK solutions,the diameter of which is about 200 nm.Heat up the PAll to 210℃,240℃and 270℃,and wetting the AAO template. PA11 nano-wires can be gained in 210℃and nano-tubes in 240℃and 270℃.Heat up the PVDF to 200℃,230℃and 260℃,and wetting the AAO template,e nano-wires can be prepared in 200℃and nano-tubes in 230℃and 260℃.Heat up the P(VDF-TrFE) to 180℃,210℃and 240℃,and polymer nano-wires can be prepared in 180℃and nano-tubes in 210℃and 240℃.Nano-tubes can be prepared with lower concentration solution,otherwise, nano-wires;there is a critical concentration C_w between the two.Nano-wires can be gained with lower temperature melt,and nano-tubes the higher temperature melt;there is a critical temperature T_w.It is the complete reign when nano-tubcs were prepared,and the partial reign prepared of nano-wires.
