Research On Environmental Protection Problems Of Environmental Vulnerable Groups

While vigorously building a new socialist countryside today, the academic circles have started an in-depth and extensive research on the issue of protection of the rights of farmers, the Party and the Country are paying more and more attention to protect the rights and interests of farmers, the fanners' political, economic, cultural and all other rights are increasing. However, the rights and interests of the ecological environment as the most basic rights and increasingly seems as one of the most important rights of farmers has not been researched more in theoretical circles. In the increasingly complex rights phenomenon and interests relationship, we find that the protection problem of the ecological environment in rural areas, especially one of the most important environmental rights and interests of farmers, often being ignored under the shelter of variety of systems and policies. Environmental conditions results and a large number of news reports show that rural environment has been deteriorating, while urban environment has been gradually improved, more and more farmers turn to poverty due to environmental factors, and hundreds of millions of rural people's life and health has been affected, and even the "ecological" refugees are appeared in individual districts, they are the environmental vulnerable groups in a real sense.In my dissertation, in order to solve this social reality problem which is current exist and can not be avoided, the author used Environmental Law, Economics, Environmental Economics, Sociology, and other disciplines as the theoretical basis, carried out an in-depth analysis and research on the environmental protection problems of the environmental vulnerable groups. Specifically, the research purpose of this dissertation is to build an environmental protection mechanisms, through analyses environmental vulnerable groups numerous adverse environmental factors and the the form causes of environmental vulnerable groups, which including environmental relief, environmental compensation, environmental safety and so on, to strive to make a perfect solutions to solve the environmental protection problems of environmental vulnerable groups, with a view to changing their environmental vulnerable groups status, to realize the country's harmonious development.
