Ge Heart Through Lipid-lowering Sustained Release Tablets Of Preparation And Quality Standards

Gexintong sustained-release tablet is composed with preraria lobata and leaves of hawthorn.By Activating blood and dissolving stasis and Eliminating turbidity and cholesteroll lowing,it is used to cure hyperlipemia of Qi and blood stasis.Two sustained release tablets with twice daily administration were prepared by using hydropropyl methylcellulose as baxic matrix material and other excipients.Different kinds of scientific methods were used to evaluate the intestinal absorption of pueriarin and vitexin in rats and the quality of the sustained release tablets. The following parts were included.The first,total flavonoids of pueraria lobata and leaves of hawthorn was extracted and the extract was purified by marroporous resin.The second,the intestinal absorption of pueriarin and vitexin in rats was analyzed by HPLC.The third,based on sigle-factor tests ,the dissolution condition on the drug release from the formulation was established.The forth, the effect of defferrent formula composition and preparation were studied by determining the cumulative release of 0-12hr respectively.Basted on single-factor,the optimal formula- tion was obtained by L9(3)4 factors-analysis orthogonal.The prep- aration procedure was established finally.The fifth, the quality standard of Gexintong sustained release tablets was studied and establish.The sixth, the influenced factors of sustained release tablets were studied.
