The paper based on research of Erythromycin fermentation fluid board frame filtration craft of Pharmaceutical Limited company of Ningxia QiYuan,In view of the traditional board frame filtration extraction process process which existent the actual production question of zinc pollution,the big waste water quantity,the low rate but high cost of filtration receiving filtration and the low transmittance of thiocyanic acid erythromycin.We advanced separation technology,made of metal membrane filtration equipment to replace the traditional filtration equipment frame Filter,it has solved the quality and the environmental protection question which the enterprise exists.This article has selected the production of actual erythromycin fermentation fluid,and the equipment of the metallic membrane slightly small test of 1m~2,thorough research and the inspection on the characteristic of metallic membrane the filtration after massive experiment,Finally,it had determined that this kind of membrane suits in enterprise erythromycin fermentation fluid aperture,that the metallic membrane aperture is 0.1μm.When the temperature in the 36-38℃and the pressure to operate in the 0.1-0.2Mpa, the selected metal film in more than 20 hours of time to maintain the 2.0L/min flux.Combined the scale of this enterprise's production,I carried on the craft enlargement.,the system uses the automatic control and 6 levels to filter the way continuously,while determined the single metallic membrane area for 100 m~2 in actual production,at the same time,I has designed the corresponding technical process and the equipment disposition.And it has made the good progress that undergoes the examination of actual production after completed the improvement project implementation.This article through to erythromycin fermentation fluid filtration craft improvement,It reduce the cost largely of the filtration craft of erythromycin fermentation fluid,at same time,it reduced waste water quantity of 20%in the process of erythromycin production,as a result,it may save the wastewater disposal cost 120,000 Yuan every month. Because it has used the advanced filtration splitter,on the one hand, because of enhancing the quality of filtrates,it enhances the transmittance to 90%of thiocyanic acid erythromycin and the filtration receiving rate enhancement 5%,may increase production 3 ton thiocyanic acid erythromycins every month,creates output values of 900,000 Yuan.On the other hand,it eliminated the pollution of the heavy metal after causing the erythromycin filtration the waste enhanced the comprehensive value of erythromycin fungus dregs,and has realized the goal of clean production.Along with improvement and implementation of this craft, cost of productin thiocyanic acid erythromycin drops 10 Yuan each kilogram finally,it may create 8,000,000 Yuan incomes every year for the enterprise.In summary,along with the success implementation of technical innovation,it may realize the economic efficiencies about 17,000,000 Yuan every year,and also the good social efficiency has appeared.It has laid the good foundation for the enterprise developed healthy and Continued.Meanwhile,a new way for the technology's innovation of erythromycin production has opened.
