Oil crops in the vegetable oil has been pressed at the foot of waste oil generated contains a large number of fatty acid ester,vacuum distillation after hydrolysis can be recycled solid and liquid fatty acids,liquid fatty acids are mainly unsaturated fatty acids,in which higher levels of linoleic acid,separation and purification of linoleic acid for this part of the comprehensive utilization of waste oil foot has obvious economic benefits.The research that is carried out in this direction for an exploratory work,the main ones are as follows:①Using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method to determine the liquid mixture composition and content of fatty acids.Of which 50.58%linoleic acid,oleic acid 40.75%, 5.66%palmitic acid,stearic acid 3.01%.②Study on fatty acid mixed liquid crystal of frozen pre-treatment.Crystallization at 0℃after the separation of mixed fatty acid composition and content of 78%linoleic acid,oleic acid 16%,4%palmitic acid,stearic acid 1%,the content of linoleic acid markedly improved③Study on the crystallization of the gradient separation of frozen pre-treatment after extraction of fatty acids in the separation of mixed-technology,better process conditions are: fatty acids:solvent=1:1;crystallization temperature gradient:(0℃,-25℃,-35℃);frozen time:6h;mixed fatty acid composition and content of 85.33%for linoleic acid,oleic acid 11.51%,0.79%palmitic acid,stearic acid 2.35%;a rate of 68 percent;58 percent linoleic acid recovery.④improved detection of mixed fatty acids.Fatty acid methyl ester in the traditional test of gas chromatography on the basis of the proposed method of the second esterification⑤using GC-MS of the peak will be the location of fatty acid methyl ester(retention time) and the corresponding types of fatty acid methyl ester for gas chromatography detection of mixed fatty acids provides the basis.Feet of the subject based on the recovery of liquid cottonseed oil mixed fatty acids as raw material,by separation processes of linoleic acid,linoleic acid to other oil crops in a certain degree of separation from the role.
