Based On The Ctf Process Color Control Study

It is said that CTF Flow also takes up a heavy market share in vast majority internal printing enterprises through far-ranging market research.CTF is suited to most of printing enterprises and output centers,which also has some more advantages such as low cost mature craft good suitability short-term response etc.Some internal firms bring in CTP Flow,but they also hold up CTF Flow in actual production.There are no popular conditions for CTP using up to the present day,CTF Flow also has extensive developable prospect and enormous commercial applied range.Compared to CTP technology,CTF has some disadvantages such as more artificial operation more complex segment lower automation lower timeliness and so on.When enterprise thinks about CTF Flow devices practically,it is necessary to raise technology updating timely and adopt a measure for color management.Along with the request of printing quality more and more supernal,this project has good value of guidance and application for printing firms who can't introduce CTP equipments.Color is the key component of graphic copying in printing production flow.It is important for color management to control dot transfer quality,as in four color printing,all colors are surrounded by dot's transfer and variety.The key point of this project is dot transfer and color reproduction in CTF Flow.By analyzing the relationship of dot transfer and color reproduction, the theory of dot transfer and color control method,integrating to other factors affecting dot transfer in film output and plate copying,we can analyze the dot transfer in all steps the influence for each quality control parameters and control these parameters.At last,we use instrument to measure and take objective evaluation for the result of experiment.We take a measure to optimize CTF Flow,and build a standard realistic type color control model.The application of this research project form a set of standard color control system based on CTF Flow.And its rationality has been verified in industrial practice.This project has good value for those enterprises basing on CTF Flow to carry on color control and flow construction.
