The purpose of this paper is to solve the humidity measurement problem of the corrosive salt mist and to study the calibration of the high&low temperature-alternating salt spray testing equipment.The influence of salt mist at 40℃and 92.5% RH on the humidity measurement with the sedimentation rate of 1.5 ml/h at 35℃was quantitatively analyzed. The problem about measurement equipment was solved through the development of an anti-corrosive ventilation psychrometer. By analyzing the current humidity measuring method under the stated testing condition, a new measuring method based on the correction value of humidity measurements in different corrosion times was proposed. The variance of humidity measurement before and after corrosion was obtained through experiments. This method can solve the humidity measuring problem in the corrosive salt mist with psychrometric method.
