This dissertation consists of three parts:Part one:Preparation of 2,3-Cyclopentenopyridine.2,3-cyclopentenopyridine, which is an important material of synthesizing cefpirom , exhibits various biological activities , such as antibiotic, antiulcer and anticancer activity. In this paper, Propargyl chloride was prepared by reacting propargyl aclohol with phosphoroustriehloride in one step. Propargylamine was prepared mainly by Propargyl chloride,DMF as Melting agent,Accoding to Gabriel Method,The manipulation of this method was simple and it was easy to work up. Another synthetic route of Propargylamine was based on propargyl aclohol with Urotropine ,as raw materials in the reaction , The optimum process conditions is that n(propargyl aclohol): n(Urotropine):n(Hydrochloride):n (Sodium hydroxide) = 1.0:1.1:4.0:4.0 , yield 41%.2,3-cyclopentenopyridine was prepared by the reaction of propargylamine in absolute ethanol,refluxing 5 h.CuCl2 as catalyst, yield 74%. The synthesis route and reaction optimization and purification methods improved in this paper, and more conducive to actual chemical production.The structures were assigned by elementary analysis and IR, 1HNMR .Part two: Preparation of 2 - furanyloxoacetic acid.2 - furanyloxoacetic acid acid is a kind of important fine chemical compound, It is highly versatile intermediate in organic synthesis such as pharmaceuticals ,pesticides and so on.With their applications becoming biger and biger, their consumption are increasing . In this paper 2 - furanyloxoacetic acid was synthesized by the reaction of furan and oxalyl chloride, and the optimum process conditions were determined: n(Furan):n(Oxalyl chloride)=1.0:1.2,refluxing 18 h, yield 70.2%. Another one is synthesized by the reaction of diethyl ethaneioate,and the optimum process conditions were determined: n(Furan):n(Ethyl chloroformylformate)=1.2:1.0,refluxing 18 h, yield 70.2%.The structure of the product was identified by 1HNMR, IR and element analysis.Part three:Preparation of Alkoxylamine.Alkoxylamines is a kind of important substant.They have broad practical usefulness as industry raw material and the intermediates of medicine , pesticides and dyestuffs etc.In this paper ,we synthesize a series of Alkoxylamine.The synthesis of methoxylamine was studied in detail in the paper, we selected Benzaldehyde and hydroxylamine sulfate and dimethylsulfite as material and synthesized methoxylamine. Via oxime and alkylation, acid decomposition, synthesis of methoxy hydrochloride to determine the best reaction conditions: n(Methoxy benzaldehyde oxime):n(chlorhydric acid) =1:1.95, Reflux in ethanol 6 hours, the yield is65.2%.Use a similar method several alkoxyphenyl hydrochloride were prepared, and the structures of these compounds were tested by IR,NMR and element analysis.
