In this thesis,carbon nanotubes(CNT) as an enhancing reagent was applied to the field of spectrophotometry due to the unique properties,like high specific surface area,aspect ratio and the one-dimensional tubular conjugated structure.The synergic effects of CNT with cationic surfactants cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB),non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100 and water- solubility macromolecule polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) were studied in chromogenic system respectively.The new sensitive analytical methods of fluorescence quenching and fading spectrophotometry were developed.The main achievements obtained in this research are listed below.The synergic effect of CNT was studied in chromogenic systems.The sensitivity of determination for Pb2+ with DBONPF was enhanced by the coexistence of c-CNT and CTMAB.A novel chromogenic system of Cu2+ with DBH-PF was developed based on the synergic effect of CNT and non-ionic surfactants TritonX-100.The mechanism of the synergic effect of CNT with surfactant on the chromogenic system was discussed.In fluorescence quenching system,a novel method and the mechanism for determination of Mn2+ was established in presence of CNT and CTMAB.In fading spectrophotometry system with the presence of PVA,CNT was applied to the ion-association reaction of Hep and Ethyl Violet.Enhancing spectral probe based on the synergic effect of carbon nanotubes and PVA for the sensitive determination of Heparin was proposed in this work.The enhancing mechanism of CNT was discussed.In the synergetic system of CNT and surfactants,a new large micelle with the center of CNT was formed,which improved the dispersity of CNT in aqueous phase,the system microenvironment and the spectrometric area as well as the stability of the complex.In the case of CNT and PVA,a new three-dimensional space structure was formed with the CNT as the framework.The ion-association complex could be dispersed stably in the three-dimensional space structure.The sensitivity and stability of the new systems were improved.
