Measurement of absorbing material is very important in Information Technology, Military equipment and Space Technology. And method of absorbing material measurement is an important research topic in Material science, stealth technology, microwave circuits, electromagnetic compatibility and so on.The paper analyzes the usual measurement methods in room temperature, applies transmission reflection method to design system, including stripline, heating parts, insulated parts. ECal calibration method is applied to complete system calibration. Getting measurement result by thru test, and two kind of short test, and improve system calibration. Automatic test software is complied and absorbing material samples are tested.
