Numerical simulation according to the melt filling process in the plastic injection molding technique can predict the defects in injection molding.It can optimal design the mold,adjust process parameters and has aiming at making technical solving scheme.Microinjection molding is a molding method of the parts's weight as mg for arithmetical unit and product geometry size asμm for measurement unit.Because of the dimension of micro-product on micro injection molding is very small and traditional macro numerical simulation can not be accuratly to predict the behavior of melt flow in mini mold cavity. So building the academic model to suit the filling phase of micro injection molding is the key to achieve the numerical simulation of micro injection molding.Text is numerical simulation of the process of the filling in micro injection molding the following works have been finished of this article as follows:1. Analysis the characteristic on follow of micro melt. According to the slip in microinjection molding,discussing the mechanism on the phenomenon of micro wall slip and introducing the model of slip of Navier slip boundary. On the foundation of the control mathematical equation on the macro filling phase flowing, from mass, momentum and energy equation of viscous fluid hydromechanics and combine the characteristic of micro injection molding to propose reasonable simplifys and conjecture and to deduce mass, momentum and energy equation suit to micro injection molding again. It founded theoretical principle for numerical simulation of micro injection molding.2. On the foundation of the control mathematical equation suit to micro injection molding, used Cross-WLF viscous model and defined boudary conditions for to simplify the control equation. Simplifing the control mathematical equation by variation method. Discreting pressure field and velocity field by finite element method obtained corresponding element stiffness matrix .Detemining concrete solving step and drawing the flow chart of master program.3. 3D numerical simulation on micro-feature model by Moldflow software,concluded the effects of the melt temperature,mold temperature and Injection rate on the filling length of microstructure.
