Mesoporous materials have applications in catalysis, sorption-separation and controlled synthesis of nanostructures due to their large specificsurface area, large pore volume, uniform pore size, controllable morphology. The synthesis and application on mesoporous materials have been the hotspot study fields; however, the applications and fabrication of mesoporous materials are still need to improve. In this thesis, the main contents of our work are summarized as follows.The NH3·H2O-EISA method was designed to control the hydrolysis rate. Mesoporous alumina materials have been synthesized using AlCl3·6H2O as inorganic precursor and tri-block copolymer F-127 as structure-directing agent through the designed NH3·H2O-EISA method. In order to expand NH3·H2O-EISA method, the stoichiometric mixture of aluminum chloride and zinc chloride instead of inorganic salts as inorganic precursor and F-127 as structure-directing agent, the spinel structure of mesoporous materials ZnAl2O4 were synthesized in this synthetic system.Based on this, Mesoporous silver was prepared through nanocasting method, using AgNO3 as the inorganic source. Mesoporous material obtained with a narrow pore size distribution, larger surface area. Mesoporous silver was successfully synthesized that will make nano-silver material the foundation in the catalysis, sterilization, surface-enhanced Raman areas.Mesoporous carbon with magnetic nanoparticles complex were obtained through nanocasting method by using mesoporous silica SBA-15 as hard template and iron chloride as the iron source and sucrose as organic carbon source. The adsorption properties of mesoporous carbon with magnetic nanoparticles complex samples were studied by adsorbing Rhodamine B. The results show that mesoporous carbon with magnetic nanoparticles complex has good adsorption and magnetic separation ability.One dimensional mesoporous Titania nanomaterial have fabricated by using AAO as hard template, the nano-holes of AAO template is used as nanoreactor. Firstly, TiO2 sol was synthesized by the surfactant of P123, and then TiO2 sol was imported in AAO nanochannels by using the method of vacuum leaching. The one dimensional TiO2 with mesoporous structure were finally obtained. Small-angle XRD, SEM, TEM and N2-sorption were used to study one dimensional TiO2 with mesoporous structure. The one dimensional mesoporous materials showed numerous ordered pore structure and high surface area.
