The smelting copper sulfate solution can removed the arsenic and iron impurities effectively,which by adding hydrogen peroxide and ferric sulfate solution.Appropriate oxidation temperature,oxidation time, solid-liquid ratio is 50~60℃,30min,20:80 and30:70,the removal rate of removing the arsenic and iron impurities were 95.3%and 88.9%.When removing the impurities by Neutralize-Precipitation,pH of the solution has small influence to remove As and Ni,Fe content reduced and Ca content increases as the pH increased.Time of precipitation had no significant influence to remove Ni and Ca from the solution,but that can speed up the filtration pace.The suitable pH range is 3.5~3.8,and,after 1h by adjusting the pH,the solution can filter.In production,can used sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide as precipitant.And,inadvisable to enhance filtration temperature.The suitable density of concentrated liquid is 1.40g/mL,crystallization at the room temperature,purifying liquid pH would be control at 2~1,adding seed is conducive to improve the quality of the product appearance.Using the smelting copper sulfate as the material,the industrial experiment results show that the product had reached the standard for electroplating-grade copper sulfate,the products had evenly particles and the crystal of blue sheen.Analysis of technical and economic indicators show that the product yield was 63.6%straight,with a total yield of 77.9%; purification process material flows to the distribution of copper sulfate as follows:copper sulfate of the product and mother liquor accounted for 91.96%,7.34%for the filtration slags,only 1.37%for the process loss; excluding the recovery of the copper sulfate from the filtration slags,by using the smelting copper sulfate as the material,that need 1284kg material to produce the electroplating-grade copper sulfate per ton,the materials cost is¥13,475,the materials profit is¥4015,and the profit rate is 29.8%. These results indicate that,producing the electroplating-grade copper sulfate from the smelting copper sulfate,has better economic benefits.
