With the development of society ,People places emphasis on the habitation more and more Nowadays. But the rubbish and exhaust gas produced form factory and daily life are harming our surrounding. So many people have a strongly desire to take dust from air. It is needed a good performance, lowwer price, none secondary pollution and easy operation dust catcher. However, the available Dust-removing equipments have some disadvantages now. The technique of Sound Wave Dust-removing appear this time. Through it is cracker-barrel compared with other hands in the Dust-removing, man were attracted by the virtue of the Sound wave Dust-removing and researched it. Some people work on only theoretics , and the data of real experiment are few. We want to cumulate some operated data by work in laboratory.This paper show some factors about the Sound wave Dust-removing by investigating the effects of the plane standing-wave field of sound signal frequency 500Hz-1500Hz on dusty gas experimentally. In experiments, the dusty gas is artificial synthesized, the gas source is purely the compressed air and the dust used is the dust by electrostatic precipitation from the flue at stokehold in Shaanxi Normal University. We screen the dust of different diameters and analyze the dependence of their Dust-removing efficiency on the sound pressure and flow speed. Besides. We design a easily contralled dust disperser to product the stable dirty gas source. In order to observe directly, we make a dust chamber by transparent organic glass of diameter 130 mm and length 1000 mm. Power amplifier and loudhailer are used in sound field generating system to product stable sound field from voice-frequency signal generator. In the detection system, individual dust grain sampler is used to detect the dust thickness before and after the removing operation. Correspondingly, the mass of dialyzer is also weighted before and after the removing operation to calculate the dust thickness under this condition. By analyzing the data gathered, we show the dependent relationship of the Sound wave Dust-removing efficiency on the environmental parameters and input parameters. In our experiment, the thickness of dust is adjusted by changing the flow pressure and speed. The distribution of sound field in the dust chamber can be transformed by shifting the frequency of the inputting pure tone and the intensity of sound field is altered by adjusting the power of the electric current input.In the beginning, I researched the effect of the parameters of sound wave Dust-removing, such as frequency, pressure, the diameter of dirt and the thickness of dust in the air by theory calculating. And secondly, I did some investigation in the lab by doing experimentation, and got some conclusion. Now I show the ultimateness below: 1 The efficiency of Sound Wave Dust-removing in the field of plane standing wave are strongly affected by the sound frequency. The frequency is lower ,the result is better, but the room of Dust-removing must reach the length of node and antinodeloop. At least it should have two.2 The efficiency of Sound Wave Dust-removing in the field of plane standing wave are strongly affected by the sound pressure. The pressure is higher ,the result is better, ordinarily. However,if you kept it under 149dB, the efficiency would recede as a result.3 The efficiency of Sound Wave Dust-removing in the field of plane standing wave are strongly affected by the diameter of dust in the air.4 The efficiency of Sound Wave Dust-removing in the field of plane standing wave are strongly affected by the velocity of flow. The efficiency would recede if enhancing the flow. It is better to keep the velocity of flow under 4.4-5.7cm/s for the absorbable dust.5 The efficiency of Sound Wave Dust-removing in the field of plane standing wave are strongly affected by the thickness of dust in the air. It would recede if the thickness lessening while other conditions keep uniform.6 In one word, the Sound Wave Dust-removing are impactful for dust catching. If we have a exigent desire for the clean air, we should use it with the other hands, or we can use this means only.
