The ammonia nitrogen is the main pollutant in the water body, is not allowed to neglect to the environment pollution. In recent years, the nitrifying bacteria obtained a more widespread application in the vertical multi-domain's ammonia nitrogen degene ration aspect. In the biology nitrification process, the nitrifying bacteria transforms the ammonia nitrogen as the nitrite nitrogen, then transforms as the nitrate nitrogen. During this process, the nitrification is the biological denitrogenation restrictive condition. But ,the nitrifying bacteria takes an important kind of beneficial bacteria colony in the biology nitrification process, because it is self-supportive strictly, slow-growing, changing sensitive to the environment factor and characteristics so on, is extremely easy in the water disposal system to come under the influence to cause quantity to be insufficient, causes the nitrification process slow progress. Therefore, controls the basic condition which the good nitrifying bacteria growth reproduces, then enhances in the sewage treatment system nitrifying bacteria's density to have the very vital significance to the biological denitrogenation.This topic on practical application of nitrifying bacteria in fresh water aquarium water purification and ammonia nitrogen processing in tannery wastewater aspect's and research on influence of the universal disinfectant and the antibiotic to the nitrifying bacteria activity, obtains the following conclusions through the experimental study:1. In the fresh water aquarium nitration system setup procedure, takes the nitrite nitrogen content change as the the symbol of nitration system establishment, throws adding the nitration microbial inoculum in the experimental group aquarium, the nitration system's setup time is obviously quicker than no adding the microbial inoculum comparison group, and in the experimental group aquarium, the water quality effect surpasses the comparison group; At the same time, under the matrix condition, the nitration system's setup time is quicker. After nitration system establishment, in the aquarium water, NH4+-N, NO2--N achieve the stable level.2. In tannery wastewater's ammonia nitrogen processing, through increases the nitration microbial inoculum to the sludge to carry on the sludge raise, makes the nitrifying bacteria to multiply rapidly in a short time, through 20d's raise, the sludge nitration intensity achieves 6.1 mg(NH4+-N)·L-1·h-1, can make ammonia nitrogen fall from 84mg/L to 10mg/L in 12h.3. In the experiment on activity influence of the disinfectant and antibiotic to the nitrifying bacteria, had determined the best use amount of the disinfectant and antibiotic in artificial ammonia nitrogen wastewater, providing reference for the nitrifying bacteria's practical application.
