Water shortage and water pollution are the main promblems we facing in the field of global water resource,also the challenges we facing in the process of China's rapid economic growth. Sewage water reuse is the important method to alleviate the water resource shortage.Recently,the water reclaimed technology is evolving,to develop a water recaimed technology and equipment can not only solve the problem of water pollution,reduce the residencial community's waterusing cost,but also has social and environmental benefits.In this study, we combined the ozone water colority and odor removal, ultrasonic cleaning and the PLC automatic controll with actived sludge bioreactor and hollow fiber membrane module as Membrane Bio-Reactor(MBR). Experiments show that when the sludge concentration is 3000~6000mg / L, HRT is 17.6h, DO is the 1.5~2 mg / L,the removal efficiency of SS is 100%, reclaimed water's turbidity is blow 1.0NTU,the removal efficiency of COD is better than 88%,the NH3-N's is 87%.And it has the potential to keep rising. The removal efficiency of TP is not very good,it needs to add the pharmaceutical and discharge the sludge to increase. The MBR's removal efficiencies for COD , NH3-N and TP are less affected by temperature and more affected by MLSS or Ns. Intermittent ultrasonic cleaning plays a positive role in pollution prevention and control of the membrane. Ultrasonic cleaning every 5 minutes to 15 minutes, frequency of 29kHz, strength of the 200w, membrane resistance's increasing can be reduced half. 10 minutes backwashing cooperated with ultrasonic cleaning can decrease membrane resistance by about 45%,A appropriate frequency of backwashing can maintain a low resistance growth. Deodorization effect of ozone is good, concentration of 1mg /L can reduce the water's colority to 15 degrees or less. The odor is totally eliminated. Automation equipments based on PLC make sure the system run in the case of maintenance-free automatic operation.The system has compact structure, high level of automation, outlet water quality stability, expansion flexible. Enlarge the system and analysis the economic benefits indicates that, it is not only has the good economic efficiency, but also has some social and environmental benefits.
