ANAMMOX technology as an emerging technology denitrification, the denitrification in the water treatment process, greatly reduced the cost of sewage wastewater denitrification simultaneously, and nitrogen conversion rate was also higher. ANAMMOX biodenitrification technology than the traditional nitrification-denitrification technology could save about 60% of the oxygen supply volume. If plus 100% of the carbon source, sludge production could be reduced by 70%~80%. Scholars at home and abroad for this new type of biological nitrogen removal technology with a large number of studies, obtained a wealth of laboratory research results, but most studies were at a higher temperature for the processing of the digested sludge and landfill leachate high ammonia concentration wastewater. The technology used in engineering practice to need further in-depth study. For the current study actually made at room temperature and low ammonia concentration in conventional conditions, the temperature was 15~27℃of ambient temperature range, ammonia nitrogen contented in the 20~100mg/L of the lower scope of anammox biofilter operation. The impact factor, as well as aspects of nitrogen effects were studied. The results were as follows: determined the optimum ratio of matrix NH4+ - N∶NO2- - N∶NO3- - N≈1∶1.31∶0.21. Process to run high-performance segment for the 0~60cm, the removal rate of more than 95%, and one of nitrogen were mainly distributed in 0~30cm, more than 70%. To determine the process operating parameters: pH value of reaction process could be used as a signal, process the best pH value of 7.98; the best test flow for the 9.06L/h (about 9L/h); at Anammox reaction, substrate removal rate and temperature were closely related, its relationship to k 2 = kk1; high concentration of COD was not conducive to anaerobic ammonium oxidation reaction, when COD﹥254.6mg/L, the growth of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria have inhibitory. At anammox reaction, the gases produced by N2 accounted for more than 99%, less than 1% of the CO2 and nitrogen oxides. Through the ammonia-oxidizing sludge small test experiments, ammonia-oxidizing bacteria obtained sludge denitrification time-varying general law.
