In recent years, the amount and difficulty of the sidetracked wells showed a increasing trend. There are some problems in Cementing operations of sidetracked wells. They mainly reflected in the following areas: Cementing a smaller annular gap; casing centered degrees cannot meet the requirements; the regularity of hole is smaller; the cleanliness of borehole is poor.In order to solve these problems, recent years a great deal of research has been done In this paper, through theoretical research and development of tools the following aspects were discussed: the research of reaming tools and technology in sidetracked wells; research of the hole wall rules and cuttings bed removal technology sidetracked wells; research of casing centralizer centered technology in sidetracked wells. In these areas of study, we carried out a lot of theoretical research, and developed a series of special tools. And these tools have achieved well results when applicated in the field.Specific research results: the successful development of Reaming tools that can be applicable to the sidetracked wells; and these reaming tools are successfully applied in different formation and well depth and they increased cementing quality in sidetracked wells; analyzing and optimizeing design the cuttings bed removal device by using flow field numerical simulation method, to ensure that its strong cuttings bed removal of functions; the hydraulic centralizer has been proved that it can be used in the sidetracked wells cementing operations by indoor experiments, and have a good use of prospects; the successful development of the regularity device of hole, and it is successfully applied to different formation and wells. These tools have achieved the design target completely, and played a good promotion effect in improving the sidetracked wells cementing quality.
