Materials sampling equipment, whose accuracy directly determines the accuracy of test results, is the kernel part of the materials testing system. Because of the variety of sampling theory, sampling methods and application areas, materials sampling equipments also varied. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the factor of the accuracy of the sampling results and to avoid disortion in accordance with the principle of the sampling equipment, sampling methods, as well as working conditions.A sampling equipment from a materials granularity testing system (declared national patent application No. 200610107322.1) developed by ZZU is studied in the thesis. The author firstly gives a detailed description of the working principle and process, secondly carries out a detailed analysis of the impact of the sampling results to identify the key factor-the external load in accordance with its Principle and site conditions, and thirdly does theoretical calculation and experimental verification to make sure the best working parameters in the process.First of all, the author analysizes the scene of the conditions and requirements, introduces basic structure and working principle of the equipment and proposes a point that moving-hopper running in uniform velocity can guarantee the result without distortion. The variety of external load that caused by collision between the falling materials and the moving-hopper could impact the velocity of moving-hopper.Secondly, in order to calculate the variety of external load (the force of collision), the author calculates the tracks of the materials from the conveyor belt using the knowledge of kinematics, then calculate the collision force, and plot the chart with time. Then improved the equipment according to the collision force.In the last, according to the experimental content and the actual work site,the author designed experimental device, structured experimental platform, developed experimental programme made the best work sampling equipment parameters, did experimental verification. when the valve marks 6, the speed of the car running is 3m/s, the device pumps work for the export of the pressure relief valve should be about 16 Mpa. Then, the author improved the programme, and verified its feasibility through experiments.Through the study of the new high-speed sampling equipment, the author imporved the system, made the best work parameters. This provides a theoretical basis and experimental data for the future study.
