The environmental hormone is incites the endocrine function to change, and but, therefore produces the harmful effect exogenetic chemical substance or the mixture to the individual and the descendants or the group. So far, there are already 70 kinds included the environmental hormone chemistry, this 70 many kinds of chemical substance have already seriously threaten the environment and health security.The diethyl stilboestrol (DES) is one kind of synthesized environment estrogen class material. It is widely applied in clinical and the poultry production, because the DES chemical property is quite stable, it is one of environmental hormones that may pick out in the medical waste water and the industrial waste. Because extremely micro DES still has the influence to the human body and the animal, therefore it has the important meaning to studied how to process the DES waste water highly effective.This article takes HRP as the catalyst, take H2O2 as the oxidant, the use highly effective liquid phase chromatograph achievement analyzes the DES density, through the establishment horseradish peroxidase catalysis oxidation DES reacting system, studies the influence of each kind of experimental condition to the horseradish peroxidase catalysis oxidation DES. This article has completed the following work:(1) Established the reaction system of horseradish peroxidase catalysis oxidation DES;(2) Determined the activeness of horseradish peroxidase by taking ABTS as the substrate, and studied the optimum pH and the optimum temperature of horseradish peroxidase.(3) The article studies the influence of experimental condition to the horseradish peroxidase catalysis oxidation diethyl stilboestrol, such as pH, temperature, enzyme density, H2O2 amount used, substrate concentration and so on.The experimental result indicated:It is fast and facilitate to degrades DES in the waste water; the suitable pH scope of HRP is 3.98-4.9, the optimum pH is 4.5; The suitable temperature scope of HRP is 20℃-30℃, the optimum temperature is 25℃; When the response measures to compare MH2O2:MDES is 1:2-2:1, the elimination rate of DES is high; When moderately increases the HRP amount used, the reaction rate will speed up obviously; The reacting system has the good elimination rate to the wide scope's substrate concentration.
