Ultrasonic Generator And Ultrasonic Vibration System Control Technology

The rotary ultrasonic machining have high machining accuracy, quick processing speed, and many other advantages in machining hard brittle materials. The hard brittle materials occupy in the many new materials make up a large percentage, so it will be the most widely used with the rotary ultrasonic machining in machining hard brittle materials industries. There are many factors influencing machining accuracy and processing efficiency, the control technology of oscillating system is important for ultrasonic machining. So this paper studied in the aspects of the frequency control and power control for oscillating system of rotary ultrasonic machining. Including:(1) In order to working better in the resonant frequency of the system, it must find a kind of method that be optimal matching with the system, making sure of the a better resonant circuit for the whole system.(2) The paper that studied the advantage of the software control and the hardware control, design the control method of the double CPU structure that include the control CPU and the detecting CPU with the asking for the faster frequency tracing speed. Though Analyzing the current frequency tracking hardware circuit-PLL circuit, use microprocessor to control to expand its range of frequency tracking, making the intelligent frequency control tracking.(3) The control signal frequency of the ultrasonic signal is 20KHz, so it needs transforming the feedback signal,designed the voltage transformer and the current transformer and checking its character.(4)It was carried out the simulation for the design of the hardware circuit in Multisim, so as to save test time in the hardware, and reduce the error rate of the circuit design.(5) Design and debug the microcontroller programs. Design A/D, D/A and other programs for making control system, write frequency and power control of the main program, use Keil uVision2 for the microcontroller program to debug.
