Polypyrrole(PPy) is a kind of novel polymer with conjugated structure which have good environmental stability, high conductivity and electrochemical reversibility et al. Carbon nanotube has unique mechanical, electricity performance because of its light size and big relative surface which is considered the ideal filler of polymer composites. In this paper, PPy nanowires were synthesized and the influence of micro-morphology on the conductivity of material. PPy/MWCNTs composites were prepared. At last, PPy/MWCNTs composite film was prepared by electrochemical method and their eledtrochemical properties were tested by CV and EIS.EHDAB was used as template when PPy nanowires were prepared. It was found that PPy nanowires had good morphologies when APS was slowly added dropwise and in the case of stirring, the diameter of the nanowire was 60 nm. PPy nanowires were obtained in ice bath and had the highest conductivity when the reaction time was 4 h, the amount of Py was 0.5 ml, n(APS):n(Py) was 1:1, the amount of EHDAB was 0.2g. The effect extent of reaction conditions on the conductivity of PPy nanowires were obtained by orthogonal experiment. PPy/MWCNTs composites had coaxially tubular structures and the highest conductivity when the amount of Py was 0.5 mL, n(FeCl3):n(Py) was 1.6, the amount of SSA was 1.44g, the reaction time was 6 h and the mass ratio of carbon nanotubes was 5%. The morphology, thermal stability, conductivity and structure of PPy nanowires and composites were characterized by SEM, TEM, TGA, four-probe instrument and FTIR. PPy film and PPy/MWCNTs composite film were prepared by electrochemical method, their electrochemical properties were characterized by CV and EIS. Polymerization time and voltage have a great impact on EIS curve and electrochemical impedance of PPy/MWCNTs film was smaller than pure PPy.
