Microbial flocculant is a new, clean and efficient water treatment chemicals, but the high cost of production to large-scale applications is limited. And livestock manure contains large amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and organic matter. It is rich in nutrients for microbial growth and reproduction to provide the necessary energy; can also reduce the production costs of microbial flocculant, conducive to the popularize and application.Six high flocculating activity of the flocculant-producing bacteria were screened from activated sludge and campus oil by enrichment, breakaway, purification. Thereinto, bioflocculant HF-8 had higher flocculating activity than others, attain 89%.The bioflocculant HF-8 was Agrobacterium Conn by morphological observation and a series of physiological and biochemical experiments confirmed.The culture conditions were optimized by single gene and orthogonal experiments. The culture medium best formula were obtained: cane:20 g, ammonium sulfate:0.4 g, monopotassium phosphate:4 g, sodium chloride:0.1 g,dipotassium hydrogen phosphate:5 g, heptahydrate magnesium sulfate:0.2 g, water:1 L. The best culture condition were obtained: the initial pH:6,the culture temperature:30℃, rotate speed of shack bed: 120 r/min. The flocculating bacteria fermentation 36 h, the largest amount of bacterial growth;fermentation 48 h, the highest rate of flocculation.Microbial flocculant-producing bacteria FH-8 feeding on pig manure water substituting culture medium. The culture conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments.The best substituting culture conditions were obtained: 4 g glucose, 0.5 g ammonium sulfate add to 1 L pig manure water of COD was 1000 mg.L-1 .pH at7and cultivation time of 48 h. The produced bioflocculant possesses flocculating activity of 93.21 %, removal rate was 38.7 % to COD of pig manure water and its cost is only about 20 % of the traditional medium .Microbial flocculant-producing bacteria FH-8 was metabolize substance in the process of ferment. To solvent extraction. Attain white farina 2.12 g from zymolysis liquor of 1 L.Preliminary analysis showed that the major components of crude flocculant is with carboxyl, hydroxyl, amino and other functional groups consisting of heat resistance's amylose, It occupy 82.4 % of gross.The bioflocculant in the neutral or weak acid reactive system has good flocculating activity.The flocculation mechanism of the adsorption bridging mechanism.Applications screened with high flocculating activity of six bacteria of mixed culture.The results show that, after HF-8 and XH-8 were compounded,they had the highest flocculating activity.The multiple bioflocculant was used treat writing ink,the efficiency of removing chroma was 97.3 %.Treating pig manure water,the removal rate of COD and azote can reach 61.4 % and 66.8 %.
