In this paper, hydrothermal method was adopt at 180℃for 24 h with fill factor 68%. We use TiCl3 as the titanium source, short rutile TiO2 nanorod was synthesized in pure water condition, when adding sodium dodecyl sulfate ( SDS ) with different concentration(0.0133 mol/L,0.133 mol/L) as surfactant, anatase TiO2 nano-particles were synthesized when the concentration was 0.0133 mol/L, flower-like anatase TiO2 nanorod beam was synthesized when the concentration was 0.133 mol/L. We conclude that the adding of surgactant can influence the phase and the morphology of TiO2.We study the influence on the synthesis of titanate by adding different mineralizer (NaOH, KOH) with different concentration. Using TiO2 as the precursor under hydrothermal condition at 150℃for 24 h, Conclusions are as follows: when the concentration of NaOH is low, the precursor cannot change to sodium titanate completely, and the offspring is nano-fibers, the conversion is increasing with the increasing of NaOH concentration, the offspring change to sodium titanate nanotube totally at 10 mol/L. however, only a part of TiO2 change to potassium titanate nano-fiber when the concertration of KOH is 15 mol/L.Use steam hydrothermal method to further treat sodium titanate nanofiber, sodium titanate nanofiber and nanotube which was washing by 0.1 mol/L HCl at 180℃for 24 h, all the product were anatase TiO2. the sodium titanate fiber which was not washing by HCl was breakdown, whereas the fiber after picking can holding fiber structure well. After further steam hydrothermal processing, the tube which was washing by HCl was transform to anatase TiO2 nano-particles shaped diamond,square and parallelogram. Then long anatase TiO2 nanorod with the size of 60 nm×400 nm was prepared via secondary hydrothermal method by treating sodium titanate fiber added stirring process. And the surface of the crystal is more smooth and clean. Then, we study on the influence of doping Fe3+ by adding little FeCl3·6H2O in the hydrothermal process and anatase TiO2 doping Fe3+ was prepared.
