Water bursting of coal floor is one of the most prominent issues during mineral safety produce, which is the main content of mine water control.The research of water bursting of coal floor has been a hot topic. With the increase of mining depth, the problem of water bursting of coal floor becomes more aggravated and the mine water control becomes more difficult. The research of water bursting of coal floor becomes a new task due to changing mining conditions and continuously updating the mining technology.The paper is based on the comprehensive analysis of hydrological geologic in Baiping mining area to discuss the hydrological geologic rules in Baiping mining. The results show that there is there main aquifer stratum in second mining area of Baiping mining: Taiyuan upper limestone aquifer stratum, Taiyuan lower limestone aquifer stratum, cambrin period and Ordovician period limestone aquifer stratum, there are close hydraulic connection between the three main aquifers stratum. According to the borehole of reconnaissance and geophysical prospecting materials, through the analysis of aquifer stratum, water-resisting stratum, the nourishment flow through drain of ground water, and the data analysis of mine water bursting and chunk. We can draw out the water abundant Area of Horizontal and vertical directions .making a comprehensive analysis of two; we can finally draw out the water abundant area in space.According to analysis, the west Geological conditions, undeveloped structure and water-based weak, in the Mine is very simple, while the east Geological conditions , developed structure and water based rich, is very complex. Carst crack in the spatial distribution and the rich characteristics of water with a heterogeneous .through the analysis of the Geological materials and mining materials in Baiping mine, and To research at the scene, we analysis the second mining area in Baiping mine and the main factors affecting floor water bursting. Then we adopted efficient the water bursting coefficient in water-resisting stratum to evaluate and figure out the risk of floor water bursting in two seam. Filially, we divide the risk of floor water bursting in two seam of Baiping mine into safe area, bursting dangerous area, and bursting threatening area. This kind divided is reasonable and the results are reliable.The test also makes an analysis of the mechanical property on fault. We combined the large and medium sized fault Hydrogeological nature in Baiping mine and the main affected factors of fault rich water conductivity to sort out the rich water conductivity in fault and make a research about rich water conductivity in the main fault of Baiping mine. through first, we make an analysis of the mechanical properties in the floor under the action of normal fault ,then we carry out theoretical calculation; Filially, to gain a basis by predicting bursting in fault under the action for risk ,arriving at the layout of the fault near the working face. The results show that Ji F31 fault and Ji fault F7 have greater impact on the work of recovery in BaiPing Mine, layout work face near Ji F31 fault with risk of water inrush, so the recovery should take corresponding measures.
