The Vacuum Interrupter To Produce X-ray Hazards And Applied Research

At present, the vacuum switchgear are used mainly in the field of medium voltage switch (12kV-40.5kV), X-ray produced by the vacuum interrupter at the high-voltage whether they will harm related personnel, which is the growing concern produces under the high voltage to be whether related the personnel to cause the harm with the increasing emphasis on environmental protection, but so far there is no final conclusion. X-ray measurement projects have been accepted by the update IEC and DL standard as the merits and demerits criterion of the vacuum circuit breaker and its interrupter.This paper completes the X-ray detection to hundreds of vacuum interrupters in the high-voltage aging and the factory withstand voltage test of the factory production, according to analyze the vacuum circuit breaker X-ray emission mechanism and research the primary factors of affecting ray intensity, and massive statistical data are analyzed, according to the test result the application methods of protective X-ray irradiation have been proposed in this paper, provide the necessary basis and effective guarantee for improving safety protection regulations of the high voltage person. In addition, through monitoring the changes of X-ray in the vacuum interrupter, the applications about the research of the internal state vacuum interrupter are discussed in this paper.
