| Computer aided engineering quantity calculation is still far from the aim to resolve engineering quantity automatic calculation after almost twenty years'research,though some methods have been developed and applied in practice, such as " data exchange file" and "drawings input", etc. The present paper has proposed a new method of the workload calculation for architectural engineering which have a very positive meaning to improve the reliability of engineering calculation, accuracy and efficiency by basing on analysis of the present research about the field and the use of formal language to analyse and understand about architecture drawings.The major research work includes several aspects. First of all, the brief introduction about research value of the workload calculation for architectural engineering, development history and research circumstances, second the introduction about composition of the architectural drawing and analysis of view element and view association. Using formal language to define a model of the workload calculation for architectural engineering on the basis of abstract descriptions of all architectural entities. Introducing two methods of engineering quantity calculation which are based on overall planning method and engineering feature classes, identifing architectural entities which have certain special features and locating their common process approach, designing to find a following-axis algorithm and constructing the finite automation according to the least include angles rule and four situations of initial axis. Discussing achievement of model of the workload calculation for architectural engineering, dealing with the grid graph, then the biggest mesh is acquired and the biggest area is consequently acquired. In the practical application of the model, if you give a certain physical meaning of building for axes,mesh and grid graph, you will acquire data of engineering quantity calculation which consist of floor area,building area, overall length of external wall axes, overall length of external wall outside line,total net area of floor and wall area, etc. Finally, I conducted a full summary and proposed own understanding and views. |
