The analysis system on the impact performance of automobile power train is the test equipment for the power train impact performance, which can comprehensively and exactly analyze the impact performance and relative characteristic of its key components. It has a great meaning for helping automobile component manufacturers to improve product quality. Support by the major scientific and technological project in Jilin Province "Analysis System On the Impact Performance of Automobile Power Train", have a in-depth research and develop the analysis system.This paper design the mechanical structure of the analysis system and describe its work principle and processes. The automobile power train works in the complicated condition and exists many random factors. To improve the analysis system's efficiency, proposing some simplified measures to simulate the working condition. By in-depth analysis of the load characteristics of automobile power train and rain-flow counting method to count the time course of the random load statistics, it can savie 10% of the test time by removing the small invalid load which accounting for most of the time. Study the acquisition and compilation methods of the automobile power train's multi-state life-cycle mileage loaded spectrum, provid a theoretical basis for the load for the analysis system.To provide a theoretical basis for the impact performance, Study the dynamics theory and how the repeated impact affected the impact performance of the automobile powertrain components. Based on the engineer practice, combined the nominal stress method with Miner linear cumulative fatigue theory, study the impact fatigue performance on the automobile power train's components.To meet the need of different specifications of automobile power train, introduce the concept on PRO/E parametric modeling, take the modeling of cylindrical gears for example to introduce the " PROGRAM "features design process to manage and control the designed models, use the methodology design to complete the models. Study the interface technology of PRO/E model into ANSYS and ADAMS, so the models can be completely imported to carry on the dynamics simulation and finite element analysis.Combined the dynamics simulation with finite element analysis, study the impact performance of the third speed of the transmission gears. Import the gears into the ADAMS and gain the time course of the load spectrum by dynamic simulation. Import the gears into the ANSYS WORKBENCH and get its stress and strain distribution by finite element contact analysis. Analyze rear axle by ANSYS WORKBENCH to get its maximum overall stress distribution, determine whether it meets the requirements of its structural strength and the risk of axle-point. Optimize the rear axle by DesignXplorer to to obtain optimized point by DOE experimental design method, compared with the original design point to prove the optimize works efficiency.This paper study the parameters model of automobile power train components and its analysis system of impact performance. Proved by experimental validation and simulation, the analysis system is correct and effective, greatly improve the detection and analysis efficiency, reduce costs, meet the design requirements.
