The Design Of Electronic Police System For Intelligent Transportation In Jian County, Jiangxi Province

With the rapid development of economic in China, the Automobile ownership is rapidly increasing. Improving traffic management, reduce traffic accidents has become a social problem. In this context, Intelligent Transportation System which referred to as ITS gradually developed at home and abroad. Electronic police system is part of the ITS,For road traffic violations in the capture and processing, it has become an essential equipment in the traffic management,it dose not need Traffic Police on duty. It can automatically record data, information storage capacity, and easy management.This paper describes the electronic police system status and development trend of the research, discusses the design of the system, the characteristics of the components of the structure and function, the article details Coil detection system,Red light capture system and license plate number recognition. The paper analyses the wrong Red light capture and gives a solution. Now, the Electronic Police System in this paper has been installed in JiAn and other cities in Jiangxi province. The System is stable, it has been recognized by the local traffic control department, and it has a high use value.
