The application of oxygen-enriched air intake technology in diesel engines can not only reduce soot emission significantly, but also improve the thermal efficiency of combustion and increase engine power density. We are actively exploring oxygen-enriched combustion theory and technology in diesel engines. The experimental method in turbocharged diesel is major to research the joint application of oxygen-enriched intake air technology and cylinder cleaning was adopted in this paper. And the influence of oxygen-enriched air intake and watered with the combustion cylinder combination on combustion and emission in turbocharged diesel engine was studied.This self-designed oxygen supply system in the turbo-charged diesel engine, oxygen volume percentage of 21%~30% within the framework of experimental research study into the oxygen-enriched air to the combustion process and emissions. The results showed that with the increase of inlet oxygen concentration, speed up the chemical preparation before ignition, the engine caught fire ignition delay was significantly shorter, the maximum cylinder combustion pressure, temperature, maximum pressure rise rate is reduced trends, and the smoothness of the engine increases fuel consumption reduction. In emissions, due to oxygen-rich combustion engine cylinder oxygen concentration to increase and strengthen the process of the cylinder, so that soot, CO emissions increase with the intake oxygen concentration decreases, but also creates NO emissions with the increase of inlet oxygen concentration, showing a rapid growth trend. Thus, NO emissions of oxygen-rich applications become the bottleneck constraints.Experiments on emulsifier selection and preparation of diesel-water emulsion combustion showed water-bearing W/O type emulsified diesel can result in normal diesel engine combustion. These experiments do not require any structural changes in engine parameters, but the maximum load decreased slightly. Experiments with fuel moisture content increases, CO emissions increase, to reduce soot emissions, exhaust temperature decreases, watered burning to reduce the effect of NO is also obvious, every increase of 10% of the water, can reduce the NO of about 160ppm. As they enter increase in CO gas oxygen concentration can be controlled at a relatively low level, while soot emissions are controlled at a relatively low level, but even if the engine intake oxygen-enriched combustion of diesel-water emulsion, NO emissions into the air with the general trend of changes in oxygen concentration and combustion of diesel like the rise. As the evaporation of water absorbs heat, with the increase in water content so that the ignition delay increases, the pressure rise rate increased, the engine brutal work, the pressure to increase circulation changes.
