Permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine power generation system has attracted more and more attention for its high efficiency, high reliability, low cost and high performance access to the grid, the key technology of permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine variable speed constant frequency operation is the variable speed control of the wind turbine below the rated wind speed, the variable speed control of wind turbine can be implemented through the generator torque control which neeed the position and velocity information of the permanent magnet synchronous generator rotor, so the research of permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine variable speed control based on sensorless have a good prospects.This paper describes the current situation and development prospects of wind power generation system, especially focuses on application prospects of the permanent magnet synchronous direct-drive wind turbine control technology, this control method of wind turbine use sub-region control method, and analyzes the variable speed control under rated wind.This paper researches the vector control method of the permanent magnet synchronous generator based on the sensorless vector control, and analyzes the application status of the sensorless vector control. This paper describes the pennanent magnet synchronous generator sensorless algorithm based on PLL, and implements the vector control of pennanent magnet synchronous generator based on this algorithm.The permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine power generation system simulation model based on the sensorless algorithem has established, and built the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous generators and the vector control model, verify the correctness and effectiveness of system through the simulation.The permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine hardware platforms has established, including the wind turbine systems, the main circuit, control circuit, and compile the control program based on DSP2812, and validate the practical validity of the permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine based on the sensorless vector control algorithem in the experimental platform.
