Through processing data of the measured data, the deformation monitoring of foundation evaluate its the safety and speculates the deformation trend of soils and supporting structure, then the precision and reliability of the measured data determines the presumable reliability .Therefore, how to explore a scientific reasonable way to process data the deformation of foundation possesses significant engineering and practical meaning.This paper concentrates on the architecture foundation excavation. it puts emphasis on the study of rejecting error of the measured data by using the statistical method, to make it more specific and delicate, and compensate for weaknesses of the former monitoring. Theconcrete engineer examples confirm that the system is useful. The main research work includes:1. By discussing estimating precision of monitoring data, analyses the importance of improving the precision of the measured data by mean of the reasonable choice of instrument and the observation methods.2. A few reliability analysis methods of the distortion measure data are discussed in detail, and on the basis of this it presents mathematic models of statistics and analytical methods. Meanwhile, these methods are compared, the suggestions in the analytical methods selection were put forward.3. Make clear through the application in actual project, the reliability analysis for the distortion measure data have certain impact on minishing deflection in foundation.
