As the world growing,energy demand, coal, oil and other conventional energy sources are depleting, energy and the development of the conflict are more obvious each day. Human beings for sustainable development, and constantly looking for new alternative energy sources, renewable energy development and utilization,it is to more and more attention.people pay more and more attention to Solar, hydro, wind and other renewable green energy, due to solar energy and hydro-geographical environment by capital investment and the impaction of the application subject to certain restrictions. The wind energy is impacted environmental of the use of smaller, more economical use of cost advantages, to become the development of new energy in the world.In recent years, wind energy conversion technology has also been rapid development, of which small-scale wind power as represented by the use of wind energy conversion technology into the mainstream of wind energy.Wind power in power generation and grid transmission process, due to the intermittent nature of wind energy as well as the instability of the grid frequency fluctuations generated in the process of its own characteristics, but also affect the power of wind power output quality. However, with the social and technological development, people also raised higher and higher requirements in the production of electricity in the quality of life of stability and continuity, therefore, how can a continuous and stable high-quality output power,that has also become research focus of this article.This article start to understand the status of wind power at home and abroad beginning of the relevant policies in accordance with national issues made clear the contents of the study. In the control permanent magnet generator VSCF wind power generation on the basis of the basic principles, through the analysis of the situation,it related to power quality of simulated wind turbine characteristics, building a mathematical model of permanent magnet generator, as well as grid-connected inverter models to determine the the largest wind energy to track basic control strategy and the implementation of its simulation models provide a theoretical basis.Secondly, from the research and design of network converter, as an entry point to introduce the theory of instantaneousvalue,it reactive power detection and control links, to avoid the simultaneous coordinates of the active power, reactive power decoupling problem. Application of PID control method, it is achieved the voltage-current dual closed-loop control, the grid-connected inverter control, while related to the simulation model built to verify the double-loop control system to improve the quality of the feasibility of the output power. DSP-core, the voltage current transformer as an input signal sample obtained by phase-locked tracking links, PI control algorithm, using the output SPWM wave to control the IGBT driver module, to maintain the grid voltage frequency stabilizing effect.Finally, for small wind power generation system,how to get to the largest wind power state tracking and monitoring the quality of research. In the study,maximum power point tracking control strategy is based on the basic principle of perturbation method, perturbation method presents a fusion speed control and load tracking control of the power control strategy to achieve maximum wind power tracking, using of MATLAB simulation software certification a gradual wind and gust cycle under the action of the tracking control, that is feasible.
