The Research of the digital control system in the brushless DC servo motor is the focus, its.main goal realize the stabilization, precision-and rapidness control highly, what is importance realize the varied speed control by the digital control system of the brushless DC servo motor of the TMS320F2812DSP. The digital control system was applied in the fertilizing equipment to reach the rapidness and precision fertilization.Firstly, the paper studies the PWM theory and technology of the speed control of the DSP. Secondly, the paper designs the control ways of the electric current loop, speed loop and position loop in order to reach the rapidness, nicety and stabilization control by PID controller. The inner loop of the electric current realize the electric current adjustment when the motor was started, accelerated and decelerated, at the same time it increase resistance disturbance capacity of the power supply and the load. The middle loop of the speed reach to erase the static error. The external loop of the position gain the precise position.Then the paper studies TMS320F2812 Event Manager. The comparison unit, the universal time clock, the dead space unit and the output logic circuit can produce a pair of the pwm driving signal of the programmable dead space and output polarity control in the Event Manager. These are six output base pin that are correlated to the comparison unit to control three phase the brushless DC servo motor. The cap unit catch the information of the position of the rotary motor. the quadrature Encoder Pulse circuit decodes and counts to gain the orientation and speed of the rotary motor. All in all TMS320F2812 Event Manager (EVA) produce PWM,at the same time it make use of the catch unit and the quadrature Encoder Pulse circuit to gain the closed loop control. According to TMS320F2812 Event Manager, the paper design the brushless DC servo motor control circuit. The program of the brushless DC servo motor speed closed loop control is compiled and run in ccs2.2 Integrated Development Environment to reach the rapidness, nicety and adjustable speed control. This system make the brushless DC servo motor more rapidness, anchor point nicety, torque wave little and the speed control agility. It prove that the control system is a more perfect system in the brushless DC servo motor control fieldFertilizer answers for forty percent of the efficlency in increasing food in the word. Especially, the fertilizer is very importance in increasing food to china that own the less plantations and the more populations. Then it in importance to resolve the low efficiency of fertilization and environment pollution question. Precision Agriculture is a new research to adapt the demand of the information development after LISA. The total notions of Precision Agriculture are based on special variability, the core of it manages varied elements accurately and investment of crops based on the practical demand.Precision Agriculture realizes fertilization totally based on soil, crop and time, so it has obvious economical and environmental benefits. It is the developmental tendency of the agriculture. The digital control system is used in the fertilization system to resolve the fertilization waste question and realize the precision fertilization。So the whole system will be one of the foundation of the Precision Agriculture.So, the study of the brushless DC servo motor control system is applied in the fertilization of the automatism variable control.
