Water supply digitalization is complex, changeable and flexible, which is tough system engineering. In modern urban water supply, it takes up a very high position, is the core of the development of future urban water supply. Based on the real-time monitoring and management of water supply system, we should insure that users'tap water is of high quality, achieve the requirement of safe water. At the same time, water management has changed from the monotonous type to global type. It is said that new technology and new equipment and more advanced and reliable and efficient information technology has become an inevitable trend. Through the use of the computer control technology, the mathematical model of each process unit can be integrated with operation data, and the optimal operation model can be established, to realize the protection and quality monitoring of raw water, and the optimization of water treatment process, the network management and maintenance of the water system, and also the various links such as water quality monitoring and improvement, which is the eternal theme development of our water supply.This thesis is based on the practice of shangyu water system, and the core of this thesis is the optimization of water digital supply system. This thesis researches and analyses the domestic and foreign research situation and key technologies of water supply system, and has designed and implemented a decision support system of water digital supply system. This system designs the raw water quality monitoring and warning forecast method, and has implemented the online query and information sharing of water quality information, the digital network planning and construction program is given. Also, the intelligent dosing strategy and flush filters automation control strategy are studied. Finally, this thesis gives a test on the system's function and performance. Through the analysis of test data, it shows that the system can achieve the desired function and performance requirements.
