Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, transportation has developed rapidly, many bridges were built. The structure of bridge was damaged by erosion of environmental and overuse in the using term. It is necessary to obtain the damage of bridge for security of people's lives and property. At the same time damage identification is a hot topic of bridge engineering. The research status and development trend of damage diagnosis are introduced in general. The main contents, methods and results of the research are introduced. The method of bridge damage diagnosis based on curvature mode is accepted by most people. Curvature mode is the parameter that can reflect the change of part. Curvature mode could be obtained by difference of mode amplitude. Theoretical analysis shows that the shape curve mutation of curvature modal could be caused by damage of part such as cracks and corrosion. The basis of theoretical about detection of damage is proposed. Because of the curvature mode of the sensitivity of local damage, the method of curvature mode can be used to detect the location and degree of damage. The main tasks are as follows:1. To close to the actual condition experiment is executed on an artificial damaged actual middle part reinforced concrete beam. The frequency, displacement mode, damping ratio of bridge vibration parameters was gained by experiment measurement.2. Curvature mode of beam was gained by center difference method. And the location of damage is consistent with the actual situation.3. Curvature mode results obtained from the experiment is consisitent with the curvature mode results by the finite element software ANSYS. Verify the correctness of the curvature mode measurement in big scale size reinforced concrete beam. Provide the basis for the actual project of bridge.
